I always enjoy a new SMBZ episode. The storyline is very impressive how you seem to tie many of the past Mario games into it. I wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo approached you with a business deal...

"Diagnosis"

This is truely a remarkable game. Such a compromise between old/new technology was simply brilliant. I also enjoyed the main story ending and the "familiar" shock the Logout surgery gives you (although in Dark Cut 4 you may want to try something new).

There is one little flaw, that actually does not have to do with the gameplay but rather mis-communication within the game. The people who keep commenting on how the "time limit" kills them are probably talking about the subdating method in the game. Even though it is there, people may easily miss it because there is nothing pointing it out during the surgeries. With this problem, people are forced to complete the surgeries with minimal sudation which does not give much time.
